Shipping policy

Pretty Active currently ships orders using USPS Standard Shipping only.

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days and then are transferred to USPS for delivery. Estimated processing and delivery times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, holidays, and carrier conditions.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number so you can follow your package through delivery.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Pretty Active cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed once an order has entered processing.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Unexpected carrier delays may occur after an order has been shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once tracking becomes available, customers should monitor their shipment directly through USPS.

If tracking shows unusual delays, please contact USPS and Pretty Active so we can assist with reviewing the shipment status.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and USPS before contacting us.
